STRAND WOVEN BAMBOO

All EcoFusion bamboo products qualify for credits under the LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Green Building Rating System. This system, set up by the U.S. Green Building Council, has become the benchmark for environmentally friendly products in the United States. EcoFusion bamboo products are eligible for the following LEED credits:

MR6 – Rapidly Renewable Resource

  • All EcoFusion bamboo products are made from 100% Moso bamboo, a rapidly renewable resource.

EQ4.4 – Low Emitting Materials

  • All EcoFusion bamboo products are manufactured with phenolic adhesives that contain no added urea-formaldehyde and no harmful VOC’s. All EcoFusion products exceed standards for European E0 and CARB (California Air Resource Board) 2012 emissions standards.

STRAND WOVEN HARDWOOD

All EcoFusion strand woven hardwood products qualify for credits under the LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Green Building Rating System. EcoFusion strandwoven hardwood products are eligible for the following LEED credits:

Recycled Materials

  • All EcoFusion strandwoven hardwood products are manufactured using 100% post industrial recycled materials.

EQ4.4 – Low Emitting Materials

  • All EcoFusion strandwoven hardwood products are manufactured with phenolic adhesives that contain no added urea-formaldehyde and no harmful VOC’s. All EcoFusion products exceed standards for European E0 and CARB (California Air Resource Board) 2012 emissions standards.

 

INDOOR AIR QUALITY

EcoFusion is proud to offer an entire line of flooring that is made without the use of urea-formaldehydes or harmful VOC’s (Volatile Organic Compounds). Most flooring products from other companies contain some amount of harmful or toxic chemicals that can off-gas in your home.
